The Express Customer Service is a free service for our customers. It's the fastest way to get answers on your orders. You can track your order from the purchase until the arrival to your door, send questions, initiate a return. You can choose to be notified by email or sms.

Shipping and delivery time.
We offer free EMS/USPS expedite shipping to USA and free Hong Kong air post for any other country. Please, consider that purchase made between November and December 2016 can experience delivery delays up to 60 days because of the heavy load of parcels reaching USA. Delivery delays are due to USPS. Processing and handling order time it's around 2 business days. Thus, items to USA will be delivered between 11 to 13 business days after purchase. Shipping to Europe can take from 10 to 15 business days, depending on the final destination. Holidays and strikes can delay the delivery time. Products in stock are shipped within 24 hours from the purchase. Anyway you will find all info you need in the product page.
Please refer to your confirmation email for the estimated arrival date. We will keep you updated on your order status via email and trough our bot on Facebook Messenger.
Undeliverable shipping, restocking fees and refunds.
We strongly advice our customers to double check their shipping address to avoid that purchased products on Moooh.net are undeliverable by the courier and/or postal services. Moooh.net doesn't refund purchases before they are going to be delivered to the customers. We also, don't refund purchases that can take long delivery time. Moooh.net is not responsible for delivery delay caused by the receiving courier in the destination country. Also, we advice to keep tracking the shipping code and contact immediately the courier/postal service if a product is undeliverable due to missing info in the shipping address. Moooh!! doesn't take any responsibility for undelivered parcel because of not corrected addresses or wrong addresses left by the customers. Also, a restocking fee of 15% is applied in case of undeliverable parcels. The restocking fees is not applied if the customer has opted for DHL, UPS or FEDEX shipping. Undeliverable parcels are returned to China and it takes between 45/60 days to get back the return to our warehouse. Refunds on undeliverable goods are made only after we get back the parcels to China.
We take full responsibility for lost parcels by the couriers. If a parcel is lost during the shipping, we'll issue a store credit equal to the monetary value of the lost parcel. Store credit will be issued after 2 months from the shipping date and only after we have a final confirmation by the courier that the parcel is lost.
May you ship to multiple addresses ?
Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.
What is it Standard Expedited Shipping ?
We ship trough China Post Expedited service that is compared with EMS for the quality of service. Please allow 7 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive. Although we try to group your items together so that you receive a single package, if your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. The time of arrival of your package depends also from the country where we ship and from the the quality service of you local courier service. For example delivery for USA can take 5 working days to arrive, while delivery for South America can take up 10/11 working days to reach.
In some cases, in an effort to get the best prices for our Members, we use different shipping method , which may result in longer shipping times than others. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email.
May you ship with DHL UPS FEDEX ?
When you need it fast, we are happy to help. Choose from these expedited shipping options at Checkout. Please keep in mind that this kind of delivery service will increase the final product price. Note: Delivery time is measured from the date of shipment, not the date of order. See individual product pages to learn when your item will be ready to ship.
Do you accept Returns ?
Yes we do! If you need to return an item, you must pay the delivery fees and it must be done within 14 days you receive the item we ship to you. Simply repackage the item neatly and contact us. All items, must be unworn, clean and must be returned in the original packaging with the original tags.
How can I return jewelry ?
In order to return your jewelry , the item must be in its original condition with boxes or packaging that accompanied it. If the jewelry arrived with a tag attached directly to the item, that tag must still be attached. We can't allow exceptions. We don't refund Custom made jewelry purchases or those products where we state in the product page that we do not accept the refund for that item.
